The new patent, US 9,521,373, an invention by Daniel V. Lynch, is entitled "AQUA VIDEO SYSTEM AND METHOD" and includes claims covering method, machine, manufacture and of use for motion based underwater video. Previously issued members of this patent application No. US 13/959,735 and US2014/0036059 A1. Daniel V.
